1、 The after-sales service department of the company is responsible for model maintenance
The Service Department provides personnel allocation and technical support for model maintenance, dust removal, facility and equipment update, replacement, troubleshooting, etc. The company will provide maintenance and maintenance technical consultation and technical services for the model at any time with a zealous attitude, first-class technology and quick response.
2、 Service quality
The After sales Service Department will respond within 12 hours after receiving the notice from Party A and solve the problems reflected within 1 day; And ensure that the normal exhibition and display of the model will not be affected. Contact number: 023-88068073.
3、 Service Term
Lifetime free maintenance. If repair is needed due to man-made damage or improper storage, Party B will charge material cost at its discretion.
4、 Service arrangement:
（1） Irregular model update: make the model reflect the new construction achievements in a time.
（2） Quarterly regular dedusting: the company will adopt advanced technology to divide the sand table into reasonable blocks, and each block can be independently disassembled and lowered into the sand table base. The mobile system of each unit will move the disassembled block to the side, and the staff will carry out cleaning and maintenance work. The company will provide dedusting service once a quarter to keep the model clean.
（3） Irregular inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities: every half a year, the company will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the model, and carry out preventive maintenance, replacement and adjustment of parts and components that may have problems with the model monomer and local, greening and environment, light, electricity, water and other systems.
（4） Troubleshooting at any time: repair, update and replace the relevant model monomer and local, light, electricity, water, and other components on site quickly.
